As per the latest news on Mirror Now, the Top Court warned ED (Enforcement Directorate) over misuse of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Supreme Court said to use the act reasonably; if it is diluted and used as a weapon then the Act will lose its relevance. The court made the observations while hearing two matters where the petitioners have been accused under the PMLA.
