Developments relating to Andre de Ruyter, possible cabinet reshuffle: Asanda Ngoasheng

Former Eskom Chief Executive, Andre de Ruyter, says the bulk of load shedding problems are out of Eskom's scope. Over the weekend, De Ruyter deposed an affidavit as part of the court case launched by the United Democratic Movement and 17 others. In the affidavit, de Ruyter explains the root cause of load shedding. UDM and 17 others took to the courts to declare the government's response to load shedding unconstitutional and a breach of fundamental human rights. We are joined via Zoom by Asanda Ngoasheng to weigh in on the developments relating to Eskom and the ANC Meeting at Luthuli, which could be followed by President Cyril Ramaphosa reshuffling his cabinet.
